Michelle Rooney is an organizational development professional with experience in human resources processes, team effectiveness and executive development.  She works with both entrepreneurs and large global companies assisting a diverse client base with training, talent and team development needs.
 
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications with a concentration in Systems Analysis from McDaniel College and a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Development from Johns Hopkins University. She is currently working as an organizational development consultant and executive coach where Michelle supports a number of companies and client groups, mainly in the manufacturing industry.

She facilitates training seminars and team development sessions and works as an individual coach to leaders. Michelle is highly regarded by clients for her professionalism, integrity, and expertise.
