Bruce Timmcke brings over 25 years of human resources and organization development experience, spanning a range of different industries in Fortune 500 and other companies. He is an astute observer of organizations, with key skills in helping companies capitalize upon the potential of their employees and leaders. His professional experience includes roles in organization development, human resources, and training and development. Former employers include AlliedSignal, Rockwell Intl., and RJR – Nabisco, among others.
Bruce brings his practical, straight-forward approach to the areas of talent management, leadership development, learning strategy, employee engagement, and performance management. He interacts well at all levels of an organization, from the shop floor, to supervision, to the sales professional, and into the executive offices. He has coached numerous business leaders, from line managers up to senior vice presidents.
Bruce received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, where he also earned master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and in Industrial Engineering.
